That’s why when we founded Ooh La Lah, we made a conscious decision to invest heavily into creating a better customer experience. We believe in making happy customers who will want to shop with us again, rather than trying to cut corners and make an extra buck off of everyone.

Why wait? When you need your fashion fix, you need it fast. With our I want it now! delivery, if you order by 2PM you’ll get it the next day between 8AM and 9PM.

If you’re a party animal, we know you’ll be wanting some last minute threads for Saturday night on the town. That’s why we’ve got our Weekend wonder! Saturday delivery. Order by 4PM on Friday for Saturday delivery.

We always deliver fashion on a tight budget, with incredible savings for all of you lovely ladies. For the best saving, pick our Penny pincher! delivery for only £2.49 and get your order delivered in 3 to 5 working days.


Channel crossin’!

Especially for our ladies of Europe, our Channel crossin’! delivery option gets your threads across the English Channel and over to your place in just 3 to 5 working days.


Jet settin’!

We love travelling all around the world and so do our Ooh La Lah fashion fix parcels! With our Jet settin’ delivery, we’ll send your order on the trip of its life to wherever you are. Delivery times vary, but typically take between 14 and 30 working days to countries outside of Europe.



As soon as your order is packed and processed by our warehouse ninjas, it’s loaded on to our fashion wagons over to our couriers’ hubs, where your threads will be sent over to your local depot and out with your nearest friendly driver. Once your order is on the way to the hub, you’ll receive an email letting you know all of your tracking details and how to find out when your order will be with you.
